Urnex Ramps Up U.S. Sales Team with Specialty Coffee Superstars
In the past month, Urnex has added two coffee industry veterans, Dan Janson and Maria Cleaveland, to its U.S. Sales team. Dan and Maria each have more than 20 years of experience working with roasters, retailers, and equipment manufacturers and suppliers and bring additional expertise, passion and knowledge to the Urnex organization.
Both Dan and Maria were attracted to Urnex because it allows them to work with a variety of people across all sectors of the coffee industry.
Maria also said that Urnex’s strong reputation of reliability and dedication to its customers and partners drew her to the company.
“Urnex is respectful, professional, and fun at the same time,” Maria said. “The culture and the personality of Urnex shines through in the industry.”
Dan is most looking forward to deepening his connections beyond the typical vendor-customer relationship at Urnex. He gets tremendous satisfaction from figuring out the challenges of his customers and helping their businesses succeed by solving their cleaning needs.
Dan also said that if he performs well in his position, he’ll be able to help the coffee industry progress as a whole.
“If we get out there and help our customers, the big picture is that the coffee in the U.S. will get better.” Dan said. “Overall, people are going to be able to get a better cup of coffee.”
